Caroline Henson - Joint Headmistress and Teacher at The Willow since 2001. Trained as Montessori Teacher and worked at Hill House School in Knightsbridge for 16 years. Caroline teaches the older children and prepares for their transition to big school by developing their language and number skills. She is a mother of three children. |  |
Virge Bisset - Joint Headmistress & Teacher since 2005. Virge teaches the older children at The Willow, preparing their language and number skills ready for the transition to big school. Shs is trained in NVQ level 3 in Childcare. Virge is a mother of three children. |  |

Jane Maitland - has been teaching our youngest children at The Willow since 2009. She has four children of her own and has had much experience with young children. She is NVQ level 3 qualified.
