Alice Clark - Headmistress of The Willow. Trained with a Bachelor of Education and Creative Arts. Alice taught for 3 years at Hill House, 4 years with 8+ Common Entrance at Garden House Boys School, and 2 years in Sydney, Australia.

Blaire Atkinson - Trained with a Bachelor of Education and Honors Degree in Special Educational Needs in Durban, South Africa.  Blaire has been teaching for 4 years in Durban and London.  She is our Special Educational Needs co-ordinator. 

Caroline Henson – Deputy Headmistress and Teacher at The Willow since 2001. Trained as Montessori Teacher and worked at Hill House School in Knightsbridge for 16 years. Mother of three children.

Priscila Prestes - has been a Teaching Assistant for two years at The Willow. She worked for The Bank of Brazil, in Brazil, for 5 years.

Virge Bissett - Teacher for 5 years at The Willow. Virge teaches the 2 and a half year olds on arrival at The Willow. Shs is trained in NVQ level 3 in Childcare.  Mother of 3 children.

Milena David- Trained in NVQ level 3 in Childcare and teacher of two years at The Willow. Milena was a journalist, senior editor and researcher for CPA in Brazil for 6 years.

Charlotte- is our wonderful assistant at The Willow. She has qualifications in NVQ Level 3 in Childcare Development and Learning and also a Diploma in Interior Design. Charlotte has had much experience with young children in a variety of nannying jobs in South Africa and London.

Jane- has been teaching our youngest children at The Willow for two years. She has three children of her own and has had much experience with young children.
